Notification of new feature addition [iOS Ver3.23.0 / PC Ver2.36.0]1. Azure Active Directory multi-factor authentication
Azure Active Directory (hereinafter abbreviated as AAD) Multi-factor authentication is now possible.
AAD multi-factor authentication is a feature that allows you to log in with a CheX account that matches your AAD account.
* To use the AAD authentication function, you need to apply for an option.
* To add a project or log in with AAD, a CheX account that matches the AAD account is required for the target project.
[Important] About login error
■ Target customers
Customers using a project that has applied for the AAD multi-factor authentication option
■ Details and request for updates
Older versions including iOS Ver3.22.0 / PC Ver2.35.0 do not support AAD multi-factor authentication, so an error will occur when logging in.
If you encounter a login error, please update to the latest version before logging in.
1-1. Project addition
■ For PC
Open the Add Project screen and select Azure AD Authentication.
Enter the project key and Azure AD account ID and press the Azure AD authentication button.
After entering the password, press the sign-in button.
■ For iOS
Open the project addition screen and turn on Azure AD authentication.
Enter your project key and Azure AD account ID and tap the Add button.
After tapping the continue button, enter the password and tap the sign-in button.
1-2. Login
■ For PC
After entering your Azure AD account ID and password, press Login in Azure AD.
Enter your Azure AD account ID or select the target account.
After entering the password, press the sign-in button.
■ For iOS
After entering your Azure AD account ID and password, tap Login in Azure AD.
Enter your Azure AD account ID or select the target account.
After entering the password, tap the sign-in button.
2. QR code jump function
A function has been added that automatically displays the corresponding file when the QR code is read.
2-1. Print the QR code
Select the file from your PC and download the PDF for printing from the right-click menu.
* You can also download a PDF for printing for each folder.
* Even if the file is updated, the file name is changed, or the save destination is changed after downloading the PDF for printing, the issued QR code can be used as it is, but the “jump destination file name” described in the PDF is changed. Please note that it may not match.
The PDF file with the layout below will be downloaded.
About checking the version of the drawing
The existing QR function that determines whether a drawing is up-to-date will have a “drawing version check” as shown below.
2-2. Read the QR code
Tap the file move button from the Other tab.
The QR reading sub-window screen opens.
If you put the QR in the guide, it will be read automatically and the target folder or file will be displayed.
3. Improved file display speed of measuring instrument cooperation option
The display speed of the file viewing screen when using the measuring instrument linkage option has been improved.
